01General
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Got A Guy Bikes. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully before booking.
02Service Guarantee
We offer a 10-day labor guarantee on all completed services. This guarantee covers labor issues arising directly from the service performed. However, it does not include parts, wear-and-tear issues, or damage caused by misuse after service.
03Estimates and Payments
All estimates are provided in good faith but may be adjusted due to additional necessary repairs or unforeseen issues. Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.
04Late Payments and Fees
Invoices must be paid in full within 10 days of issuance. If an invoice remains unpaid after this period, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied daily until full payment is received. Failure to settle the outstanding balance within 30 days may result in additional collection actions, including but not limited to legal proceedings or referral to a collection agency. Customers experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact us before the due date to discuss possible payment arrangements.
05Liability
Got A Guy Bikes is not liable for: Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications after service. Loss of personal items attached to the bike (e.g., lights, bags, GPS devices, water bottles). Minor wear and tear that occurs during normal use. Any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of a serviced bicycle. Theft, fire, vandalism, or other damages that occur while the bicycle is in our possession.
06Customer-Supplied Parts
Customers may supply their own parts for installation. However, Got A Guy Bikes is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, or safety of customer-supplied parts. If the part is defective, improperly installed, or causes damage to the bicycle, Got A Guy Bikes is not liable.
07Test Ride & Post-Service Inspection
Customers are required to inspect and test ride their bicycle before accepting service completion. Once the bike has left Got A Guy Bikes, the customer assumes full responsibility for its condition.
08Pickup, Delivery, and Storage
Customers must pick up their bike within 30 days of service completion. A $5 per day storage fee applies after this period. If the bike remains unclaimed for 60 days, it will be considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of.
09No Warranty on Used or Secondhand Bikes
Repairs on used or secondhand bicycles do not guarantee improved performance or longevity. Got A Guy Bikes is not responsible for future failures.
10E-Bikes, Carbon Frames, & Specialty Repairs
We may not be equipped to handle repairs for electric bikes (E-Bikes), carbon fiber frames, or high-performance racing bicycles. Customers should confirm service availability before booking.
11Weather-Related & Supply Chain Delays
Service completion times are estimates and may be affected by weather, supply chain issues, or emergencies. Got A Guy Bikes is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
12Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must first be addressed with Got A Guy Bikes. If no resolution is reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued before legal action.
