What happens after I submit this form?
We get in touch to confirm a pickup window that works for you. Most jobs can be quoted within the hour.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. As long as the bike is somewhere we can get to it, you do not need to be there for either trip.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Nothing is charged when you book. Payment comes after the work is finished, as a Stripe invoice by email.
What if I am not sure what my bike needs?
Describe the problem in your own words and we will work out what it needs. If you would rather talk it through, text us instead.
